Raised in Cranford, New Jersey, I am a graduate of Rutgers University (Bachelor of Arts, English) with 25 years of experience in publishing and technology, including 15 years as a small business owner in Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Washington.

I am a graduate of Wyoming’s National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), and an avid hiker and woodworker with a deep interest in sustainability and conservation.
